• Appointment history for clinical record-keeping.

2. WhatsApp Clinical Messaging

By initiating contact, you provide explicit consent to receive transactional updates. We use WhatsApp solely for:

• Confirming and reminding you of your specialist appointments.
• Sharing digital clinical summaries after your visit.
• Transactional healthcare alerts related to your care.

3. Your Rights (DPDPA 2026)

Under the DPDPA, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, or request erasure once the clinical purpose is fulfilled. To withdraw consent, reply "STOP" or contact our DPO at apismedicalcenter@gmail.com.
